                            GENERAL PROVISIONS

     Sec.
     2101.  Administration of part.
     2102.  Rules and regulations.
     2103.  Stocked waters open for fishing.
     2104.  Sunday fishing from private land.
     2105.  Farm fish ponds.
     2106.  Fishing in hatchery or nursery waters.
     2107.  Sale of fish taken from hatchery or nursery waters.
     2108.  Retrieval and disposition of fish.

        Enactment.  Chapter 21 was added October 16, 1980, P.L.996,
     No.175, effective in 90 days.
     § 2101.  Administration of part.
        The commission shall administer and enforce this part and
     other laws of this Commonwealth relating to:
            (1)  The encouragement, promotion and development of the
        fishery interests.
            (2)  The protection, propagation and distribution of
        fish.
