

     § 523.  Donations.
        The commission may accept from any person donations which, if
     in the form of money or securities, shall be placed in the Game
     Fund and used for the purposes set forth in this title or, if in
     the form of real or personal property, shall be utilized or
     disposed of as provided by law.
