     § 553.  Payment of claim.
        In all cases where an agreement between the commission's
     officers and the claimant is reached regarding the true value of
     damage sustained and the director is satisfied that the claim is
     reasonable and fair, a requisition shall be drawn upon the Game
     Fund in the amount mutually agreed upon.
