Proceeds from sales and grants - 34 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 727

     § 727.  Proceeds from sales and grants.
        All proceeds from the sale of waters, timber, buildings,
     other appurtenances, oil, gas or minerals, leases of commission
     lands, waters or interests, rights from the production or sale
     of minerals, oil or gas or other products and from licenses or
     other rights granted by the commission shall be deposited in the
     Game Fund.
