Public access projects - 34 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 729

     § 729.  Public access projects.
        The commission may cooperate with private landowners and
     others who desire to aid in the conservation of game or wildlife
     by creating and maintaining public access projects. The hunting
     rights for these lands shall be made available to the commission
     by written agreement. The commission may authorize the director
     to execute agreements, and the commission shall promulgate such
     regulations to govern these projects as it deems necessary.
