     § 922.  Rights and liabilities of minors.
        A person under 17 years of age who is charged with a
     violation of any provisions of this title or regulations
     promulgated thereunder shall be subject to the provisions of 42
     Pa.C.S. Ch. 63 (relating to juvenile matters).
