     § 927.  Disposition of fines and penalties.
        (a)  General rule.--Fines recovered in all cases shall be
     deposited in the Game Fund in accordance with regulations
     promulgated by the commission.
        (b)  Penalty.--A person failing to forward fines in
     accordance with this section commits a misdemeanor of the third
     degree.
