     § 1106.  Prothonotaries to keep files of advance copies of
              statutes.
        The prothonotaries of the several counties shall file and
     keep in their offices, in such manner that they shall be
     accessible to the public during the office hours of the
     prothonotaries, advance copies of the statutes enacted at each
     session of the General Assembly, as such advance copies are
     furnished to them in accordance with law, until the statutes of
     such session as printed in the Laws of Pennsylvania are
     generally available.
