§ 503. Inclusion of property on register.
The owner of private property of historic, architectural or
archaeological significance, or a majority of the owners of
private properties within a proposed historic district, shall be
given the opportunity to concur in, or object to, the nomination
of the property or proposed district for inclusion on the
Pennsylvania Register of Historic Places. If the owner of the
property, or a majority of the owners of the properties within
the proposed historic district, object to the inclusion, the
property shall not be included on the register.
