     § 6306.  Standards concerning incorporators.
        No certificate of authority shall be issued to a professional
     health service corporation unless all of its incorporators were
     residents of this Commonwealth and citizens of the United
     States.

        1978 Repeal Note.  Act 53 repealed section 6306 in part,
     effective February 13, 1973. The repealed provisions have been
     deleted from the text.
