     § 5102.  Place and form of filing applications for relief.
        Applications for relief to any court under section 5101
     (relating to remedy to exist for legal injury) or under any
     other provision of law, or documents relating to a matter before
     a magisterial district judge, shall be filed in such office and
     in such form as may be prescribed by general rule or rule of
     court.
