     Sec.
     7701.  Procedures, motions and other matters.
     7702.  Commencement and termination of trial.

        Enactment.  The heading of Chapter 77 was added July 9, 1976,
     P.L.586, No.142, effective 60 days from the date of final
     enactment of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L.202, No.53), and the
     remaining provisions were added December 20, 1982, P.L.1409,
     No.326, effective in 60 days.
     § 7701.  Procedures, motions and other matters.
        All procedures, motions and other matters relating to the
     trial, by jury or otherwise, of any civil action or proceeding,
     trial de novo and returns on certiorari from the minor judiciary
     shall be conducted in the manner, at the times, on the terms and
     conditions and in the form prescribed by general rules.
