     § 504.  Payment for documents.
        Payments for documents published by authority of this part
     shall be made to the Department of General Services, which shall
     pay the same into the State Treasury through the Department of
     Revenue to the credit of the appropriations of the bureau and
     the department in such proportions as the joint committee shall
     specify.
