§ 2161. Establishment of program and scope of subchapter.
(a) Municipal police officers' education and training
program.--The commission shall establish a municipal police
officers' education and training program in accordance with the
provisions of this subchapter. The administration of this
program shall be the responsibility of the Pennsylvania State
Police.
(b) Scope of subchapter.--This subchapter applies to all
municipalities.
