     § 2341.  Short title and scope of subchapter.
        (a)  Short title of subchapter.--This subchapter shall be
     known and may be cited as the Regional Planning Law.
        (b)  Scope of subchapter.--This subchapter applies to all
     municipalities, but it shall not operate as a reenactment of any
     provisions repealed by section 1202 of the act of July 31, 1968
     (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities
     Planning Code.
