Effect of failure to make filings - 54 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 504

     § 504.  Effect of failure to make filings.
        On January 1 of the year following the year during which a
     report is required to be filed under section 503 (relating to
     decennial filings required), the name of every corporation and
     association which has failed to comply with such section shall
     no longer be deemed to be registered under this chapter.
