     § 1322.  Rescission of right to use union label of allied
                crafts.
        Where two or more labor unions have adopted an allied crafts
     union label, and granted the use of it to any person, and
     conflict has arisen between such grantee and any one or more of
     the organizations having an interest in the allied crafts union
     label, any one or more of the labor unions interested in the
     union label may rescind the right of the grantee to use the
     union label, and the continued use of it, after notice in
     writing that the right thereof has been rescinded by any of the
     labor unions interested, shall render the grantee liable to the
     penalties of this chapter.
