§ 1331. Injunctive relief.
Any organization having registered its insignia under this
chapter shall have the right to proceed before any court of
competent jurisdiction for an injunction to restrain the
unauthorized manufacture, use or sale of such insignia,
including the right to require the surrender of possession and
redelivery of any such insignia.
