     § 907.  Procurement of right-of-way acquisition assistance
                services.
        Right-of-way acquisition assistance services to be provided
     in conjunction with the planning, development, design,
     construction, alteration or repair of bridges and highways by
     the Department of Transportation shall be procured in accordance
     with section 905 (relating to procurement of design professional
     services).
