§ 6010. Remedies of obligee of authority.
An obligee of the authority has the right, in addition to all
other rights which may be conferred on the obligee, subject only
to any contractual restrictions binding upon the obligee, to:
(1) By mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or in
equity, compel the authority and the members, officers,
agents or employees thereof to perform each and every term,
provision and covenant contained in any bond or contract of
the authority with or for the benefit of the obligee and to
require the carrying out of any or all covenants and
agreements of the authority and the fulfillment of all duties
imposed upon the authority by this chapter or under the
former provisions of the act of June 27, 1986 (P.L.267,
No.70), known as the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority
Act, formerly codified in 53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 59 (relating to
Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority).
(2) By proceeding in equity, obtain an injunction
against any acts or things which may be unlawful or the
violation of any of the rights of the obligee of the
authority.
