     § 6019.  Use and operation of convention center.
        The use and operation of the convention center and any parts
     of a convention center and the operation of the business of the
     authority shall be subject to the rules and regulations adopted
     by the authority. The authority shall not be authorized to do
     anything which will impair the security of the obligees of the
     authority or violate any agreements with them or for their
     benefit or violate any contracts, leases or other agreements
     awarded, made or entered into by the authority.
