        Enactment.  Chapter 11 was added October 15, 1998, P.L.729,
     No.93, effective in 60 days.

     and 5 of Act 93 of 1998 in the appendix to this title for
     special provisions relating to continuation of members of State
     Ethics Commission, continuation of appropriations and
     codification of existing law.

     § 1101.  Short title of chapter.
        This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Public
     Official and Employee Ethics Act.
