

     § 1112.  Conflict of law.
        Except as otherwise provided in Chapter 13 (relating to lobby
     regulation and disclosure), if the provisions of this chapter
     conflict with any other statute, ordinance, regulation or rule,
     the provisions of this chapter shall control.
