     § 2504.  Dual operation by motor carriers.
        No person or corporation shall at the same time hold a
     certificate of public convenience as a common carrier by motor
     vehicle and a permit as a contract carrier by motor vehicle,
     unless for good cause shown, the commission shall find that such
     certificate and permit may be held consistently with the public
     interest.
