Joint coverage member contributions - 71 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5503

     § 5503.  Joint coverage member contributions.
        The regular member contributions for current service of a
     joint coverage member in any class shall be reduced by 40% of
     the tax on taxable wages prescribed by the Federal Insurance
     Contributions Act, IRC § 3101 et seq., exclusive of that portion
     of such tax attributable to coverage for hospital insurance
     benefits.
