§ 101.014. COMMISSION OR SERVICE CHARGE IN CONTRACT. If a licensee handles perishable commodities by guaranteeing a producer or owner a minimum price and handles the perishable commodities on the account of the producer or owner, the licensee shall include in the contract with the producer or owner the maximum amount that the licensee will charge for commission, service, or both, in connection with the perishable commodities handled.
