§ 12.014. ANNUAL REPORT. (a) The department shall file annually with the governor and the presiding officer of each house of the legislature a complete and detailed written report accounting for all funds received and disbursed by the department during the preceding fiscal year. The annual report must be in the form and reported in the time provided by the General Appropriations Act. (b) Under the direction of the department, the State Purchasing and General Services Commission shall have printed not more than 10,000 copies of the annual report of the department. The department shall distribute the copies to farmers through the farmers' institutes or agricultural organizations or through other means as determined by the department.
