§ 134.003. PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR; STAFF. (a) The
department shall designate a person to administer the department's
aquaculture program.
(b) The department or the department's program
administrator may employ the necessary staff to carry out the
functions and duties of the department under this chapter.
