§ 161.133. VIOLATION BY CORPORATION. If a corporation, including a railroad company or a common carrier, violates a provision of this chapter other than Section 161.048, Subchapter F, or Subchapter G, the county attorney of the county in which the offense occurs shall file and prosecute a civil suit against the corporation on behalf of the state. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1404, ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
