§ 301.256. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION BY CONSENT. If a permit holder or license holder requests or consents to the revocation or suspension of the permit or license, the executive director may revoke or suspend the permit or license without a hearing. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, § 2.001(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
