§ 301.258. PROBATION REQUIREMENTS.
The statute from which this section was derived was repealed
at the same session that a nonsubstantive codification act
added the section, therefore the repeal is given effect.
If a license suspension is probated, the Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulation may require the license holder:
(1) to report regularly to the Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulation on matters that are the basis of the
probation;
(2) to limit activities to the areas prescribed by the
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation; or
(3) to continue or renew professional education until
the registrant attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the Texas
Department of Licensing and Regulation in those areas that are the
basis of the probation.
