§ 52.105. REFERENDUM. (a) On demand of one-third of the board of directors, the board shall refer to the entire membership of a marketing association for decision at the next special or regular meeting any matter that has been approved or passed by the board. (b) The association may call a special meeting to consider the referred matter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1112, ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
