§ 71.055. REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE.  The department may 
revoke a certificate issued under this subchapter if it finds that 
the person to whom the certificate was issued:
		(1)  made a false representation;  or                                         
		(2)  violated or refused to comply with this subchapter 
or a rule or instruction of the department under this subchapter.
