§ 72.063. PUBLIC NUISANCE. (a) A person commits an
offense if the person:
(1) fails or refuses to clean quarantined premises or
dispose of fruit in accordance with Section 72.025(b) of this code;
or
(2) maintains host fruit on trees on quarantined
premises during the host-free period.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
