§ 74.007. OFFENSES; PENALTY. (a) A person commits an
offense if the person:
(1) violates a proclamation or a rule or restriction
adopted under this subchapter;
(2) brings into this state any equipment or material
contaminated with cotton pests; or
(3) fails to comply with a rule adopted for the control
and direction of host plant growing.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
