§ 74.013. COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL PROGRAMS.  The 
department shall cooperate with the United States Department of 
Agriculture in any measure authorized by, and undertaken in 
accordance with, federal law for preventing the introduction or 
establishment of cotton pests in this state.
