§ 76.008. EXEMPTION.  Sections 76.007, 76.104-76.106, 
76.108-76.117, 76.151(b), 76.151(c), 76.154(b), 76.155, 76.181, 
76.182, 76.184, and 76.201(d)(1) do not apply to a person who is 
regulated by Chapter 1951, Occupations Code.
