§ 76.075. RECORDS. (a) A person required to obtain a dealer's license by Section 76.071 shall record each distribution of a restricted-use or state-limited-use pesticide or regulated herbicide and shall maintain a copy of the record for at least two years after the date of the distribution. (b) The department shall adopt rules that prescribe the information to be stated in the records required by this section. (c) The department may require that a copy of the records required by this section be submitted periodically to the department. (d) The department may revoke a dealer's license if the licensee fails to submit a copy of a record as required under Subsection (c) or makes false or fraudulent records, invoices, or reports.
