§ 76.107. LICENSING BY MORE THAN ONE AGENCY. (a) A person
who wants to be licensed as a pesticide applicator under license use
categories regulated by more than one regulatory agency may do so by
paying a single license fee to the agency regulating the person's
primary business and meeting licensing requirements for each
category for which the person desires licensing.
(b) A person licensed under this section must pay testing
fees required by each regulatory agency.
