§ 76.117. PROPERTY OWNER USE.  This chapter does not 
prohibit a property owner from using in the property owner's house, 
lawn, or garden a pesticide that is labeled for that use, other than 
a pesticide that may be registered or classified for use only by 
certified applicators.
