§ 76.143. PUBLIC HEARING.  As soon as practicable after 
receiving a written request for a revision of a rule, an exemption 
from a requirement of this chapter, or a prohibition of the spraying 
of a regulated herbicide in an area, the department may hold a 
public hearing to hear the request.
