§ 76.154. INJUNCTION. (a) The department may sue in the
name of the commissioner to enjoin any violation of a provision of
this chapter. Venue is in the county in which the alleged violation
occurred or is occurring.
(b) A regulatory agency may request an appropriate
prosecuting attorney or the attorney general to sue to enjoin a
violation or threatened violation of a provision of this chapter
that is within the agency's responsibility.
