§ 78.035. OFFICERS. The board shall annually elect a chairman and any officers it considers necessary. The board shall fill a vacancy in the chairmanship of the board or in an officer's position by appointing a director to fill the vacancy. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1213, ch. 388, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
