§ 78.042. COMPLIANCE REQUIRED. (a) A person who holds
title to or possesses land in the district shall comply with control
measures prescribed by the board under this chapter.
(b) The commissioners court of a county located in the
district shall comply with control measures prescribed by the board
under this chapter for the purpose of controlling noxious weeds on
rights-of-way of public roads and public land within the district.
