§ 78.062. ELECTION ORDER. (a) Before the 90th day after
the day on which the board receives a petition for dissolution, the
board shall order an election to determine whether the district
should be dissolved.
(b) The chairman shall give notice of the election in the
same manner as is required for publication of notice of a hearing
under Section 78.015 of this code.
(c) Notice required by this section must contain a statement
of:
(1) the purpose of the election; and
(2) the date, time, and place of the election.
