§ 78.063. DISSOLUTION ELECTION. (a) Except as otherwise
provided by this section, the procedure for conducting a
dissolution election shall be in compliance with the election laws
of this state.
(b) The board shall:
(1) designate polling places in the district, taking
into consideration the convenience of the voters; and
(2) appoint judges and the other necessary election
officers.
(c) Each eligible voter is entitled to vote at the election.
