§ 79.005. REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE. The commissioner may request or apply for assistance from the insurance fund established by the compact, as provided by Article VI(b) or VIII(a) of the compact. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 188, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
