§ 91.007. PACKAGE MARKINGS.  A package of fruits or 
vegetables for which a grade is established under this chapter that 
is offered for sale or prepared for shipment shall be plainly marked 
with:
		(1)  the grade of the fruit or vegetable;  and                                
		(2)  the name and post office address of the shipper.
