§ 93.005. REGISTERED BRANDS AND TRADEMARKS.  (a) Brands 
and trademarks and their United States grade definition shall, if 
eligible, be registered with the department.
	(b)  To be eligible for registration, a brand or trademark 
must:             
		(1)  be defined by the minimum requirements of a grade, 
or a combination of grades, established under this chapter;  or
		(2)  meet or exceed the requirements of U.S. No. 2 
grade.
