Texas Agriculture Code - Section 93.011. Inspection

§ 93.011. INSPECTION.  (a) An authorized inspector shall 
inspect citrus fruit.
	(b)  A person who is subject to this chapter shall either 
notify the department of the time and place citrus fruit is to be 
loaded or report to the inspection station nearest the point of 
loading.
